HDB A&A Works Application

Now, what’s the next step? Is it renovation, reassembling, remodelling, or restoration? Actually, on top of that, you’ll need to apply for HDB’s Addition & Alteration (A&A) work permits and comply with Singapore’s building and Construction Authority regulations. It sounds quite overwhelming, doesn’t it?

Rest assured, our team at Dyson Trading will be with you every step of the way.

In order to make things simpler for you to understand, we have taken the information from the HDB website and simplified it. Just like any other application, the first step is Clearance and Approval.

Clearance & Approval

3 Authorities to submit the A&A application to:

  1. Housing and Development Board (HDB)
  2. Fire Safety and Shelter Department (FSSD)
  3. Building and Construction Authority (BCA)

The clearance procedures differ depending on the type of work you want to do and the reason for doing that work. In order to make things clearer and more accessible for you, we exhibited the Type Of Work and the corresponding Clearance Procedures into the table below. Additionally, we also included the submissions portal and any other necessary applications that you might need.

Before we dive into details, it’s important to highlight that only registered architects, certified surveyors, and professional engineers are qualified to submit A&A applications. We work alongside these professionals who hold the key to transform your vision into reality.
