1.	2 sets of architectural drawings
2.	Floor layout plan in scale of 1:50 or 1:100 The floor layout plan should include: Trades at the premises, Usage of all rooms / areas /compartments
3.	Section / Elevated view of the proposed works (In dimension and scaled)
4.	Details of the proposed work; Types of materials / constructions / installations and piping (If any) Qualified person will need to endorse on submitted structural drawings
